Users can manage tasks that are directly or indirectly related to EH&S information maintained by the Essential Suite database, as well as independent tasks. Included are tasks associated with compliance scenarios, regulatory requirements for sites, internal site policies and work areas.
Essential Task Manager makes compliance and Operational Risk Management easier by auto-generating and assigning tasks, providing recurring tasks and e-mail notifications; tracking task completion and results, tracking costs and permits, and tasking them appropriately; and providing accurate, up-to-date reports. With auto-generated tasks, users save time, eliminate redundancy and create personnel safety nets to ensure that even the smallest task won't be forgotten.
