ESS and DuPont Fluoroproducts Sign e-Commerce Agreement

Mesa, Arizona - July 31, 2000 - ESS, the leading internet environmental compliance portal, and DuPont Fluoroproducts have formed an e-commerce agreement allowing DuPont to make ess-home.com products and services available to customers and partners in the HVAC industry via its Suva® refrigerants website (www.suva.dupont.com).

Under the terms of the agreement, visitors to www.suva.dupont.com will have access to regulatory updates and compliance tips provided monthly by ess-home.com. Customers wishing to purchase ESS' products may reach ess-home.com via the www.suva.dupont.com website. ess-home.com will also provide a link to DuPont's Suva® refrigerants website on its internet website.
