ESS EXPO.09: Software User Conference Focuses on Helping Organizations Address GHG/Carbon and Sustainability Management Goals

TEMPE, Ariz. – August 11, 2009 – ESS, the leading provider of Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) and Crisis Management software, today announced that momentum is building for ESS EXPO.09, the premier EH&S sustainability software users' conference.  ESS EXPO.09 will feature subject-matter experts and top industry practitioners who will present the latest success stories and best practices that enable organizations to maximize their EH&S software investments and achieve their sustainability goals.

ESS EXPO.09, the business conference and workshop for users of ESS' Essential Suite® and Compliance Suite® software, will take place October 4-8 at The Westin Riverwalk hotel in San Antonio. Robert Johnson, ESS President and CEO, said this year's conference will continue its long-standing tradition of attracting top EH&S professionals, business executives and technology experts from across major industry sectors around the world.

ESS EXPO.09 will feature multiple program tracks with more than 30 sessions in which speakers will address a wide spectrum of urgent challenges, including greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions management, corporate responsibility reporting, health and safety management, environmental compliance and crisis management.

Highlights of this year's EXPO program include:
