U.S. Oil and Gas Provider Chooses ESS Essential Suite® for Efficient Incident Management, Regulatory Compliance and GHG Management

TEMPE, Ariz. – July 16, 2009 – ESS, the leading provider of Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) and Crisis Management software today announced that a top-10 U.S. independent provider of oil and natural gas products has selected the ESS Essential Suite® software platform to support company initiatives for health and safety incident management and other urgent sustainability challenges.
This company will conduct a staged implementation of Essential Suite across 30,000 U.S. sites. It will enable executives at every level of the organization to efficiently monitor incidents, track regulatory compliance and tasking and manage GHG/carbon emissions. The company’s implementation will also provide seamless interoperability with CyberRegs®, a regulatory content platform by ESS Global Ecosystem partner Citation Technologies, which provides real-time updates to regional and federal regulations, thereby reducing exposure to costly non-compliance risks.
