ESS Names Joni McHugh Vice President of Client Services
New Leader will Direct Training, Consulting and Support Teams to Maximize Customer Success
TEMPE, Ariz. – October 25, 2006 – ESS, the leading provider of Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) and Crisis Management solutions and services, has appointed Joni McHugh Vice President of Client Services, President/CEO Robert Johnson announced today.
McHugh will oversee the training, consulting and technical departments that support ESS' Essential Suite® and Compliance Suite® product lines, and she will ensure coordination between company's support units to maximize customers' return on investment once a software or service purchase has been made.
McHugh has nearly 25 years of supply chain, software project management and consulting experience in the textile and manufacturing industries. Before joining ESS, she served as director of materials management for McMurray Fabrics of Aberdeen, N.C. and vice president of professional services for SoftBrands Manufacturing of Minneapolis.
