Currently, we are looking for a Mid-Level .NET Developer to work in our Tempe, AZ. headquarters.  No relocation assistance will be available for this opening.

What we are looking for in this outstanding opportunity:

Our Mid-Level .NET Developer will be responsible for the development of software according to provided functional and technical design specifications. The candidate must possess expertise in web-based application development using ASP.NET and C#. The candidate must have experience in relational databases and must demonstrate proven experience in applying software development standards and Best Practices.  Finally, the candidate must also possess the ability to interpret design guidelines (both functional and technical design specs) and implement solutions accordingly.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and demonstrated qualifications:

  • BS/BA Degree in Computer Science or related degree. Combinations of equivalent years of work experience and formal education will be considered.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in web-based Business Application development.
  • A minimum of 3 years of .NET/C# experience.
  • A strong working knowledge of T-SQL with SQL2000/SQL 2005 and/or Oracle 9i/10g.
  • A working knowledge and understanding of IIS 6/7.
  • Familiarity with object-oriented principles and methodologies alongside programming standards and Best Practices.
  • Superior communication, organizational and teamwork skills.  Implied with this skill set are strong written and verbal skills as well as the ability to directly interact with a variety of professional roles and cultures.
  • A strong sense of initiative, attention to detail, and excellent follow through reliability as it relates to all aspects in the role.
  • The ability to partner at all levels of the organization including, but not limited to, the following:  Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Technical Operations, Services, and Legal.

Desired/Preferred Skills:

  • BS/BA Degree in Computer Science or related degree.
  • Working knowledge of ASP.NET / .NET Framework and Visual Studio 2005 and 2008.
  • Working knowledge of .NET 3.0/3.5 (WCF, WPF).
  • Working knowledge of AJAX.
  • MCPD Web Developer, MCTS .NET 2.0 Web Applications

This position may at times require more than 40 hours per week.
