We are looking for a .NET Architect to work in our Tempe, AZ headquarters.  No relocation assistance will be available for this opening.

What we are looking for in this outstanding opportunity:

The primary responsibility of the .NET Architect is to be involved in all phases of the software development lifecycle.  The candidate must be experienced in .NET architecture and technologies.  You will be primarily responsible for to meet specified business requirements and capabilities.  The position will collaborate with various roles including product management, project managers and software developers to achieve project objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and demonstrated qualifications:

• BS/BA Degree in Computer Science or related degree or related with equivalent years of work experience in lieu of formal education (Masters Degree preferred).
• A minimum of 5 years of .NET/ C# experience at an expert level.
• A minimum of 5 years (expert level) of experience in .NET architecture and architecture concepts (n-tier architecture, data abstraction, design pattern, etc.).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in web development and web services;

IIS7, Design Patterns, .NET 3.0/WCF, inheritance best practices, custom controls (with an emphasis AJAX and UX), metadata-based engines, XML, JSON, asynchronous/multi-threaded development, distributed application logic processing, etc.

• A demonstrated "thinker", who can identify and implement appropriate architecture and technology in anticipation of client needs and future technology.
• Strong understanding of the importance of documentation as it relates to the role.
• Strong working knowledge of Object-Oriented Methodologies and principles.
• Strong working knowledge of Oracle and/or SQL Server database design and tools.
• Strong working knowledge of Visual Studio .NET.
• Superior communication, organizational and teamwork skills.  Implied with this skill set are strong written and verbal skills as well as the ability to directly interact with a variety of professional roles and cultures.
• A strong sense of initiative, attention to detail, and reliable follow through as it relates to all aspects in the role.
• The ability to partner at all levels of the organization including, but not limited to, the following: Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Technical Operations, Services, and Legal.
• Possess a comfortable, open communication style, and a willingness and ability to work with teams across multiple cultures.

Desired/Preferred Skills:

• Masters degree in Computer Science preferred.
• Working knowledge of ASP.NET / .NET Framework and Visual Studio 2005 and 2008.
• Working knowledge of .NET 2.0/3.0/3.5 (WCF, WPF).
• Working knowledge of AJAX.
• MCPD Enterprise Application Developer, MCPD Web Developer, MCTS .NET 2.0 Web Applications, MCDBA or Microsoft Architect certifications

This position may at times require more than 40 hours per week.
